Joining Marple-Newtown Amateur Radio Club is easy!
Annual dues are $20.00 and $6.00 for each additional member residing at the same address. Dues cover the period from January 1 through December 31 and are not prorated. New members joining on and after October 1 are given full credit toward the following year. The club strives to keep member information current and purges its list of expired memberships on March 15. To help us keep current and to make sure you keep receiving club information, kindly follow the instructions below.
It is now easier than ever to join the Marple Newtown Amateur Radio Club or to renew your membership. The club’s preferred method of payment is by credit card. Cheddar Up provides an easy way to do this for a small fee of less than $1.60. Recognizing that a few individuals prefer not to use credit cards, Cheddar Up also allows for payment with personal checks or cash. Whether sending a check or paying at a meeting with cash, please use Cheddar Up for ALL forms of payment.
Please note: an application form is required for all renewals and new memberships and is included as part of the Cheddar Up process.

- Enter the appropriate membership fee and click the “Add to Cart” blue box.
- Click on the "Continue" orange box in the "My Cart" box on the right.
- Click on the "View Form" blue box. Please fill out the entire form then click on the blue "Done" box at the bottom.
- Click on the orange "Continue to Checkout" box.
- Fill out the “Where should we send your receipt?” box.
- Select your form of payment in the “How would you like to pay?” box and complete the requested information.
- Click on the orange “Pay Now” box at the bottom.
- If bringing cash or a check at a meeting, please print a copy of the receipt you receive in your email along with your cash or check. Do not send cash by mail.
You’re done. The club will automatically receive the full copy of your membership application form.
Join the Club
The Marple Newtown Amateur Radio Club is both an ARRL Affiliated Club and an ARRL Special Service Club. The significance of these designations can be found in a document entitled "Active Club Online Primer".
